�p <br /> Town qfMashpee <br /> 16 Great Xeck Poad Xorth <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Donald Bissonnette SP-98-91 I I Harbor Ridge Drive <br /> Map 104 Block 121 <br /> A Petition was filed on May 27, 1998 by Donald Bissonnette of Lakeville, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to construct a pier, ramp and float on Ockway Bay on property located in an <br /> R-3 zoning district at I I Harbor Ridge Drive (Map 104, Block 12 1)Mashpee,MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Mashpee Land Investment L.P.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 3 and July 10, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 22, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerrera and James <br /> M. Dorgan. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Norman Hayes represented the applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> dock will not conform with the 70 foot length limit and has been granted a Variance. The <br /> application has been approved by the Conservation Commission, Shellfish Warden and <br /> Harbormaster. No comments were received from abutters, <br />
