SP 98-99 47 Industrial Drive <br /> Map 88 Block 23 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 25, 1998 by Media One of Wilmington, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.D.5 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to expand a cable television relay facility with a 1,456 square foot addition on <br /> property located in an 1-1 zoning district at 47 Industrial Drive(Map 88, Block 23) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 3, 1998 and July 10, 1998, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 22, 1998 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerrera and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Steven C. Habeeb and Chuck Goy represented the applicant and presented plans <br /> for the expansion of the relay facility to allow for additional electronic equipment, No <br /> comments were received from abutters, <br /> The Design Review Committee requested that trees be planted as finiher screening <br /> to the entry and view from Industrial Drive. <br />
