Town ofMashpee <br /> 16 Great Aeck �koad Xorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Catherine&Ronald Hilton SP-98-102 81 Lighthouse Lane <br /> Map 90 Block 49 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 12, 1998 by Catherine and Ronald Hilton of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to construct a pier, ramp and float in Popponesset Bay on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 81 Lighthouse Lane (Map 90 Block 49)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 24 and July 31, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, James M. Dorgan, <br /> Richard T. Guerrera and Robert G, Nelson. <br /> This decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> and informed the Board that the application has been approved by the Conservation <br /> Commission, Harbormaster and Shellfish Warden. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br />
