Gordon Jr. V-98-113 67 Industrial Drive <br /> Map 88 Block 25 <br /> A Petition was filed on July 7, 1998, by Anne L. and Bennett E. Gordon, Jr. of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the lot frontage requirement to allow 191.26 foot frontage on property <br /> located in an 1-1 zoning district at 67 Industrial Drive(Map 88 Block 25)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 7 and August 14, 1998, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 26, 1998, at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, James M. <br /> Dorgan and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Gordon represented his application informing the Board that because of a <br /> surveying error in 1984 the lot does not complywith frontage requirements of the Zoning <br /> y-laws. He further stated that a Variance on frontage requirements was granted by the <br /> oard of Appeals in 1988. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
