Ensko V-98-122 35 Gunters Lane <br /> Map 2 Block 171 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 7, 1998 by David M. Ensko of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the sideline setback requirements to allow construction of an addition on property <br /> located in an R-5 zoning district at 35 Gunters Lane (Map 2 Block 171)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 4 and September 11, 1998, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 23, 1998, at 7:30 P.M., at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Richard I Guerrera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Jack E. Landers-Cauley represented the applicant's proposed construction of <br /> an attached two-car garage with overhead studio and storage space. He informed the <br /> Board that due to the site of the septic system, the only location for an attached garage is <br /> on the westerly property line. He submitted a letter from an abutter, Linda M. Davis, <br /> expressing approval of the proposed construction. No other comments were received <br /> from abutters. <br />
