Trotto SP-98-138 5 5 Quaker Run Road <br /> Map 90 Block 40 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 3 1, 1998 by John I Trotto of Cotuit, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to demolish an existing structure and construct a three-bedroom home on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 55 Quaker Run Road(Map 90 Block 40), <br /> Mashpee, NL4,. (Owner of record: Lucy T. Cromwell.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 9, 1998 and <br /> October 16,1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 28, 1998 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. Nelson and <br /> Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. Doyle of Stephen J. Doyle and Associates represented the <br /> applicant stating that the proposal is to demolish an existing dwelling in disrepair on the <br /> lot and construct a new three-bedroom home. The proposed lot coverage is 11%. <br /> An abutter,Michael Hope, expressed interest in the project. No other comments <br /> were received from abutters. <br />
