Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a
newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 25, 1998 and
October 2,1998.
A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on
Wednesday, October 14, 1998 at which time the following members of the Board of
Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. The ad appeared as follows: Vivian G.
Williams requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws
for permission to vary the lot size and lot frontage requirements and to construct a single-
family dwelling on an unpaved road for property located in an R-3 zoning district at 30
Coombs Lane (Map 44 Block 35), Mashpee, MA.
At the continued hearing on October 28, 1998,Paul Merithew of Yankee Survey
Consultants represented the applicant.
