Barries of <br /> Duxbury, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float on Popponesset Creek on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning at 3 Bight Circle (Map 106 Block 12), Mashpee, MA. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 9, 1998. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit. <br /> On January 21, 1999, the Board of Appeals received a request from the applicant <br /> for an increase in the float length from 16 feet to 20 feet.
