Bibo, Jr. SP-98-154 22 Quaker Run Road <br /> Map 83 Block 17 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 2, 1998 by Donald L. & Geraldine P. Bibo, Jr. <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.1.9 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float on Shoestring Bay on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 22 Quaker Run Road (Map 83 Block 17), Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 20 and <br /> November 27, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 9, 1998, at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G, <br /> Nelson and Richard T. Gueffera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicants <br /> who propose to construct a dock that extends 57 feet from the mean high water line. He <br /> also stated that the applicants plan to construct an 8-foot x 24-foot float and a wooden <br /> pier with steps going down the embankment, The Conservation Commission has <br /> reviewed the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
