Eckler 182 and 184 Wheeler Road <br /> Antonio Pulsone TRS. V-97-05 Map 49, Block 12 Map 49, Block 13 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 26, 1996 by Charles W. and Mae K. Eckler of <br /> Marstons Mills, Massachusetts and Antonio Pulsone TRS. of Weston, Massachusetts for a <br /> Variance from Sections 174-17, 174-21 and 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the lot size, setback and frontage requirements on properties located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 182 Wheeler Road (Map 49, Block 12) and 184 Wheeler Road (Map 49, <br /> Block 13), Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 20, 1996 and December 27, <br /> 1996, a copy i!which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, January 8, 1997 at 7:30 PM. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and explained that the variance <br /> was needed to correct an encroachment on the lot line. He stated that the Variance was <br /> required before the Planning Board would sign for the change in lot lines. The earliest <br /> zoning required a 7.5 foot setback and the two owners agreed to an exchange of land to <br /> resolve the situation. <br />
