Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Creat Xeck 4(oad JUorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership - SP-97-11 38 Nathan Ellis Highway <br /> Map 74, Block 20 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership on December 27, <br /> 1996 for a Special Permit for the construction of Building 11B on Steeple Street as part of <br /> the development of Phase III of Mashpee Commons allowed by Special Permit 86-04-024 <br /> and Special Permit 87-06-056. The property is located in a C-1 zoning district at 38 <br /> Nathan Ellis Highway(Map 74, Block 20). (Owner of record: Fields Point Ltd. <br /> Partnership). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 3, 1997 and January 10, 1997, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, January 22, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Mashpee Zoning <br /> By-laws. <br /> Douglas Storrs of Mashpee Commons represented the application and reviewed <br /> the 1986 Special Permit which established the footprint for the buildings.
