Vanaria -Requests a Variance from Sections 174-21 and 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the lot size and frontage requirements to allow the <br /> construction of a new single family dwelling in an R-3 zoning distrct on property located <br /> at 15 Jeep Place (Map 118, Block 113)Mashpee, MA. <br /> ti Judy Pearlstein-Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for permission to vary the front and side setback requirements and the setback from <br /> the wetlands to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling in an R-3 zoning <br /> district on property located at 105 Waterline Drive South(Map 125, Block 247).
