SP-97-13 256 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 120 Block 56 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 8, 1997 by Richard P. Brady of Osprey, Florida for <br /> a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the expansion of a <br /> pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a house addition and deck on property located <br /> in an R-3 zoning district at 256 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120, Block 56)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 28 and February 4, 1997, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, February 12, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Michael A. Makunas. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Section 174-17 of <br /> the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for a house <br /> addition and deck. He explained that the Conservation Commission has approved the <br /> plans. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
