Robinson - SP-97-19 1 I Bowsprit Point <br /> Map 105 Block 229 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 29, 1997 by Gail G. Robinson of Newton, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> the construction of a pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 11 Bowsprit Point(Map 105, Block 229) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 7, 1997 and February 14, <br /> 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 26, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for a pier, <br /> ramp and float which has been approved by the Conservation Commission and the <br /> Harbormaster. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
