Continuation <br /> Jane Lincoln Application for Variance <br />} 14. State reasons for Variance: Applicant had purchased this premises which had benefit <br /> of a Frontage Variance of 10.62' (V85-12-069). This earlier decision permitted <br /> construction on said premises which lacked adequate frontage. While the Building <br /> Department is of the opinion that the premises has benefit of said Variance it has been <br /> concluded by a title attorney for prospective purchaser that the Variance expired. As <br /> such, to permit future construction on said premises the Applicant seeks a renewal/re- <br /> grant of said Variance Relief. <br />
