Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great JVeck Poad JVorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Sandeep D. and Rachel Alva - V-97-41 190 Daniel's Island Road <br /> Map 100, Block 22 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 23, 1997 by Sandeep D. and Rachel Alva of <br /> Needham, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to exceed the 70' dock length limit on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 190 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Block 22)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 25, 1997 and May 2, 1997, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James M. Dorgan and Cheryl <br /> A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicants and presented site plans for a <br /> pier, ramp and float which has been approved by the Conservation Commission, <br /> Harbormaster and Shellfish Warden. <br /> 1 <br />
