Mancuso SP-97-43 79 James Circle <br /> Map 64 Block 39 <br /> A Petition was filed by Samuel J. Mancuso on May 1, 1997 for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for the construction of a dock on John's <br /> Pond on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 79 James Circle (Map 64, Block 39) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 9 and May 16, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 28, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. and continued on June 25, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: James E. Regan III, Cheryl A. Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 174-25.I.9 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Mancuso represented his petition and informed the Board that he proposed to <br /> build a 50' dock on John's Pond. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 4 <br />
