Town of Mashpee <br /> 3 <br /> �( 16 Great Aeck Poad Arth <br /> lM4ashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Steven Hynds - SP-97-42 333 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 120 Block 28 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 30, 1997 by Steven Hynds of Watertown, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> the construction of a pier, ramp and float on Little River on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 333 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120, Block 28)Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 9, 1997 and May 16, 1997, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 28, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and James E. Regan III. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Stephen Palumo represented the applicant and presented plans for a 45' <br /> pier, ramp and float on Little River. He informed the Board that the original length of 50' <br /> had been revised and that the Conservation Commission, Shellfish Constable and <br /> Harbormaster had approved the revised plan. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> E <br />
