Town of Mashpee <br /> � \11 <br /> 16 Great Jlreck 4koad JVorth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Garde Realty Trust SP-97-44 184 Daniel's Island Road <br /> Map 100 Block 21 <br /> A Petition was filed by Garde Realty Trust on May 12,1997 for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and <br /> float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 184 Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, <br /> Block 21)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Mary K. Irwin TR.). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 6 and June 13, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 25, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 174-25.I.9 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> proposed dock has been approved by the Conservation Commission,Harbormaster and <br /> Shellfish Constable. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
