(Owner of record: Monomoscoy Realty Trust). Special Permit 94-62 <br /> was granted for this use and filed with the Town Clerk on October 13, 1994 and has <br /> expired. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 4 and July 11, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 23, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver <br /> and James E. Regan III. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 174-25.I.9 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer William F. Madden represented the applicant and informed the Board <br /> that the permitting process through the State had taken more than two years and that the <br /> original Special Permit for the project had expired. No comments were received from <br /> abutters. <br />
