Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great.Neck load North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Request for Proposals <br /> Traffic Impact Study <br /> The Town of Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals is seeking proposals from qualified individuals <br /> or firms to provide a study of the potential traffic impacts of a new Dunkin' Donuts shop, <br /> proposed to be located at 401 Main Street (Route 130) in the town of Mashpee. (Assessor's Map <br /> 28, Block 10). <br /> The study is intended to assist the Board in its deliberations on the applicant's request for Special <br /> Permit approval. <br /> Sealed proposals, with a separate sealed Fee For Services proposal, must be submitted by 1:00 <br /> p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 1997 to the office of the Board of Selectmen, 16 Great Neck Road <br /> North, Mashpee, MA 02649. <br /> Proposals or amendments received after the deadline will be returned unopened. For mailed <br /> proposals, times of receipt will determine their acceptability regardless of postmark. <br /> The Town reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals or to accept or reject any or all <br /> proposals, and to waive any informalities in the bid process if it is in the best interest of the Town <br /> to do so. The Town of Mashpee is an EEO/AA/MBE employer.
