The properties <br /> are located in an R-5 zoning district at 117 and 100 Pimlico Pond Road (Map 2, Block <br /> 126, Map 3, Blocks 22 and IA)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Manuel Beckwith). <br /> (Advisement from September 24, 1997). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 5 and September 12,1997, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 24, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, James M. <br /> Dorgan and Richard T. Guerrera. The Petition was taken under Advisement until the <br /> meeting of October 22, 1997. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-12 <br /> and 174-32 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
