Labrecque - - SP-97-62 8 Capstan Circle <br /> Map 111, Block 99 <br /> A Petition was filed by Francis J. and Lori S. Labrecque of Dover, Massachusetts <br /> on September 26, 1997 for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to expand a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with an 18 foot by 24 <br /> foot addition to replace an existing 8 foot by 12 foot shed on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 8 Capstan Circle(Map 111, Block 99)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 3 and October 10, 1997, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 22, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Section 174-17 of <br /> the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Architect Tony Ferragamo represented the applicant and reviewed plans for the <br /> removal of an 8' x 12' shed and replacement with an 18' x 24' addition which will be used <br /> for a garage and second floor family room. He informed the Board that the house is <br /> located in Fema Flood Zone 13 and has no basement storage area. <br />
