The property is located in an I-1 zoning district at 370 Industrial <br /> Drive (Map 88, Block 41)Mashpee, MA. <br /> The proposed use is part of Phase I of the Development Agreement between the Mashpee <br /> Industrial Park and the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> ✓✓Sprint Spectrum, L.P. -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.B.6, 174-25.D.5 and <br /> 174-25.H.6 for a 250 foot high self-supporting telecommunications transmission tower and a 40 <br /> foot by 50 foot equipment building on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 154 Industrial <br /> Drive (Map 88, Block 31)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Mashpee Industrial Park Trust, <br /> Paul DeRuyter, TRS.) <br /> The proposed use is part of Phase I of the Development Agreement between the Mashpee <br /> Industrial Park and the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> "Maxwell Gates - Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 18 Waterline <br /> Drive North (Map 120,Block 177)Mashpee, MA.
