The defendant, Paul deRuyter, who resides at 224 Black Duck <br /> Cartway, Brewster, Mass . is Trustee of Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Trust which trust is the owner of Lot 22 as shown on the <br /> attached plan . Lot. 22 is marked in orange on the attached plan. <br /> Lot 22 is also shown as LOT 41 on Mashpee Assessor' s map 88, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto as exhibit B. The premises will <br /> hereinafter be referred to as LOT 41 . <br />
