Presgraves V-97-76 65 Wilann Road <br /> Map 46 Block 38 <br /> A request was submitted on November 3, 1998 by the estate of Ann V. Presgraves <br /> for permission to extend the above-referenced Variance for a period of six months. The <br /> Board of Appeals voted earlier, on December 10, 1997, to grant the Variance. The <br /> property is located at 65 Wilann Road (Map 64 Block 38),Mashpee, MA. <br /> At the Public Hearing at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, November 18, <br /> 1998,the Board of Appeals voted to grant the extension for a period of six months. This <br /> was allowed in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws,Chapter 40A, Section 10, <br /> which reads"If the rights authorized by a variance are not exercised within one year of <br /> the date of grant of such variance such rights shall lapse; provided, however, that the <br /> permit granting authority in its discretion and upon written application by the grantee of <br /> such rights may extend the time for exercise of such rights for a period not to exceed six <br /> months; and provided, further,that the application for such extension is filed with such <br /> permit granting authority prior to the expiration of such one year period". <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> IN FAVOR: p ,o z <br /> James E.
