Presgraves - V-97-76 65 Wilann Road <br /> Map 46 Block 38 <br /> A Petition was filed on November 6, 1997 by the Estate of Ann V. Presgraves for <br /> a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot size <br /> and frontage on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 65 Wilann Road (Map 46, <br /> Block 38)Mashpee, MA. An earlier Variance granted on this lot has expired. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 21 and November 28, 1997, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 10, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the Petition and informed the Board that <br /> the subject lot had received a Variance in 1987 which has expired. <br />
