Yanoff- SP-96-6 18 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> Map 120, Block 158 <br /> A Petition was filed by Michael J. and Andrea L. Yanoff of West Newton, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to construct a 220 boardwalk and 99 foot dock, ramp and float on Great River <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 18 Wheelhouse Lane(Map 120, Block <br /> 158) Mashpee, MA. The proposed dock will be shared with the adjacent lot at 24 <br /> Wheelhouse Lane(Map 120, Block 16 1)Mashpee,Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 22, 1995 and December 29, <br /> 1995, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was opened on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, January 17, 1996 and continued with extensions in the hearing calendar to <br /> Wednesday, June 26, 1996 at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward <br /> M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Section 174-25.L9 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael H. Grotzke represented the applicant and presented revised <br /> plans which had been approved by the Shellfish Constable, Harbormaster and the <br /> Conservation Commission. He informed the Board that the proposed dock had been <br /> redesigned to conform with Conservation Commission requirements. <br />
