The defendant , Doe Family Trust/99 West , Inc. , is the <br /> applicant mentioned in the decision of the defendants <br /> Board of Appeals of the Town of Mashpee, copy of which <br /> is attached as Exh. l . <br /> 3 . The defendants , Govoni , Regan, III , and Marsters, are <br /> members of the Board of Appeals of the Town of Mashpee, <br /> -Town Hallf Mashpee, MA. - - <br /> 4 . The plaintiff states that he is aggrieved by the decision <br /> of the -Hoard of Appeals , and that said decision exceeds <br /> their authority. <br /> 5 .
