Board of Appeals Deer Crossing Associates SP-96-24 3. <br /> 5. The Board finds that the total parking of 312 spaces in the shopping center <br /> exceeds the total spaces required under current zoning. <br /> 6. The Board Finds that the proposed issuance of a Special Permit as applied for <br /> by the applicant will not adversely affect public health, safety or welfare; create <br /> an excessive demand on community facilities; have a significant adverse impact <br /> on traffic flow and safety or otherwise be detrimental to the Town or to the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the Applicant <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made <br /> and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February 28, 1996 to grant the <br /> Special Permit subject to the following condition: <br /> the permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans of Annino Associates dated <br /> February 8, 1996 and signed by the Chairman of the Board of Appeals <br />
