Yanoff - V-96-22 18 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> Map 120, Block 158 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 12, 1996 by Michael I and Andrea L. Yanoff of <br /> West Newton, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for permission to vary the front and side setback and lot coverage requirements to allow <br /> the construction of a single family house on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 18 Wheelhouse Lane (Map 120, Block 158) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 23 and March 1, 1996, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver, <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and reviewed plans for the <br /> construction of a single family home. The Conservation Commission requested changes in <br /> the original plans to relocate the house away from the coastal wetlands and the application <br /> was taken under advisement. Revised plans were presented to the Board of Appeals at <br /> the March 27, 1996 meeting. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
