Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 23 and March 1, 1996, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was scheduled on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and reviewed plans for the <br /> construction of a single family home. The Conservation Commission requested changes in <br /> the original plans and revised plans were presented on March 13, 1996. No comments <br /> were received from abutters. <br /> II <br />
