I <br /> cimm y <br /> -sy Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great JVeck Poad North <br /> 1Mlashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> u <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: George Leach - SP-96-19 30 Overland Road <br /> Map 114, Block 10 <br /> A Petition was filed on January 17, 1996 by George Leach of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> an existing seasonal dock on Hamblin's Pond on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br /> at 30 Overland Road, Mashpee, MA. (Map 114, Block 10). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 23 and March 1, 1996, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters and Cheryl A. Hawver.. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.1.9 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the Applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> owner was seeking licensing for an existing dock. He stated that the Conservation <br /> Commission has approved the plans. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
