Medice - SP-96-20 46 Little Neck Lane <br /> Map 105, Block 14 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 2, 1996 by Albert E. and Pauline E. Medice of <br /> Surrey, England for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> a pier, ramp and float in Ann's Cove on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 46 <br /> Little Neck Lane(Map 105, Block 14)Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 23 and March 1, 1996, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.1.9 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicants and presented plans for new <br /> construction for a dock in Anne's Cove. He informed the Board that the Conservation <br /> Commission was reviewing the stair design but had approved the pier. The final approved <br /> plans were presented at the March 27, 1996 meeting of the Board. No comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br />
