Board of Appeals Mobil Oil Corporation SP-96-28 4. <br /> For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the Applicant met the criteria <br /> necessary to grant a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on May 8, 1996 to grant the following Special Permit: <br /> 1. to allow the construction of a car wash building 24' x 36' as shown on the <br /> below referenced plan. <br /> 2. to allow relocation of parking and construction of berms for direction of <br /> internal traffic at the site <br /> The Special Permit is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. All improvements to the site be in compliance with Site Plan of Tyree <br /> Consulting Co. revised April 26, 1996 and Elevation and Sign Plan of Tyree <br /> Consulting revised April 9, 1996, both signed by the Chairman of the Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> 2. The internal traffic plan can be reviewed after a year of operation and <br /> improvements suggested if necessary <br /> 3. The applicant comply with the landscaping requirements of the Design Review <br /> Committee, which approved and required installation of landscaping as <br /> depicted on the site plan with the admonition that it be maintained after <br /> installation. <br />
