McGee Jr. SP-96-34 16 Spoondrift Circle <br /> Map 111 Block 118 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 5, 1996 by Francis G. McGee Jr. of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to construct a pier, ramp and float in Popponesset Creek on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 16 Spoondrift Circle (Map 111, Block 118)Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of record: Ann Mabardy& Francis G. McGee, Kimberly McGee et al). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 3 and May 10, 1996, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Middle School on May <br /> 22, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and Robert G. <br /> Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> ! provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-25.I.9 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for a pier. <br /> pHe informed the Board that the original plans had been revised to conform to <br /> recommendations of the Conservation Commission, Harbormaster and Shellfish Warden. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> 1 <br />
