Moskowitz SP-96-33 146 Popponesset Island Road <br /> Map 112, Block 10 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 4, 1996 by Michael and Beth S. Moskowitz of <br /> Needham, Massachusetts for a Modification of Special Permit 90-01-10 issued under <br /> Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the addition of a 6' x 13' float and pile <br /> to an existing dock on Popponesset Bay on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 146 Popponesset Island Road (Map 112, Block 10)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 3 and May 10, 1996, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Middle School on <br /> Wednesday, May 22, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Sections 174-24 <br /> and 174-2519 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicants and reviewed plans for the <br /> addition of one pile and float to an existing pier. He informed the Board that the <br /> Conservation Commission, Harbormaster and Shellfish Constable had approved the plans. <br />
