(Owner of record: William A. and Rosemary R. Chelio). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 7, 1996 and June 14, 1996, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, June 26, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan IR and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws, <br /> Engineer Edward Stone represented the applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> subject property was outside of the cluster zoning area of New Seabury and was impacted <br /> by proximity to the wetlands. The Building Inspector informed the Board that the lot was <br /> originally in R-75 zoning which required 7.5 foot sideline setbacks and 20 foot front <br /> setback. He stated that the proposed house would have a 22' front setback and 14' side <br /> setback. <br />
