Chapter 40A, §15 on <br /> behalf of Mr. Joseph Daniele et al from the inaction of the <br /> Building Commissioner, Mr. William Hauck, regarding a request made <br /> to him by a letter dated 1 March 1996 (copy attached) . <br /> On or about 4 March 1996, Mr. Hauck received the attached <br /> correspondence requesting he take action as the local enforcement <br /> officer. Mr. Hauck neither responded or took action consistent <br /> with prior requests . <br /> Specifically Thomas Smith has caused to be constructed <br /> portions of his residence encroaching on the layout of Childs Road, <br /> including a deck, fencing and driveway.
