Board of Appeals Half Tide Marina SP-96-50 3. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the applicant <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made <br /> and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 24, 1996 to grant the <br /> Special Permit subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. the applicant shall comply with the Procedure for Winter Dry Storage of <br /> Power Boats(attached) <br /> 2. the Permit is subject to the provisions of the Fire Protection Standard for <br /> Marinas and Boatyards NFPA 303-5-2.1 (attached) <br /> 3. the applicant shall comply with the Fire Chief s request for a communication <br /> system (phone, cell phone) to be installed on the site. <br /> 4. the applicant shall maintain corridors at least twenty feet wide to provide fire <br /> fighting apparatus access to all boats sorted on premises <br /> 5. the Permit is subject to the granting of permission or authority to the Mashpee <br /> Water District, its agents and employees, to enter upon the property to <br /> conduct such inspections from time to time as it deems appropriate to verify <br /> compliance with all conditions and procedures by the Special Permit holder. <br /> 6. no washing, scraping, painting or other work of any nature is to be performed <br /> on any boats on the premises. <br /> 7. the storage area will be fenced and the entrance gate will be kept locked. <br /> 8. the applicant shall present a landscape plan to the Design Review Committee <br /> for their approval. <br /> 9. the Permit is subject to compliance with plans of Wm. M. Warwick&Assoc. <br /> revised July 23, 1996. <br />
