Board of Appeals James G. Haidas- V-96-51 4. <br /> Upon motions duly made and seconded the Mashpee Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on September 11, 1996 to grant a Variance of 25 feet to allow 175 feet <br /> between the driveway to the proposed restaurant and Great Neck Road North, a variance <br /> of 104 feet to allow a distance of 96 feet between the driveway to the proposed restaurant <br /> and the entrance to Sandpiper Village and a Variance of 150 feet to allow a distance of 50 <br /> feet between the driveway to the proposed restaurant and the entrance to the 99 <br /> Restaurant across Ryan's Way. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance with plans <br /> of Down Cape Engineering revised 8/12/96 and 8/26/96. <br />
