The Defendant, Paul De Ruyter, is Trustee of the Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Realty Trust (hereinafter "MIPPT") and resides at 224 Black Duck Cartway, Brewster, <br /> Massachusetts 02631. MIPPT owns certain lots in the Mashpee Industrial Park, <br /> including a lot located at 64 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Block 34). <br /> 4. The Plaintiff is the Lessee with an option to purchase of an empty lot located <br /> directly opposite said 64 Industrial Drive, namely, at 57 Industrial Drive in the Mashpee <br /> Industrial Park (Map 88 Block 24). The plaintiff intends to exercise its option to purchase, <br /> which becomes exerciseable during the period January 2, 1997 through November 30, <br /> 1998. <br />
