Intoccia, TR. - SP-96-60 82 Clover Lane <br /> Map 117,Block 126 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 3, 1996 by Michael T. Intoccia of Sharon, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-20, 174-21 and 174-31 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws for permission to remove an existing non-conforming residential <br /> dwelling and replace it with a new single family home on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 82 Clover Lane(Map 117, Block 126)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> record: Lawrence E. and Catherine E. Warner). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6, 1996 and September 13, <br /> 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, September 25, 1996 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and <br /> Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the applicant and presented plans for a <br /> proposed home to replace an existing non-conforming dwelling. He explained that the <br /> proposed construction will have less lot coverage and will improve the setback distances <br /> from abutting properties. <br />
