Board of Appeals Michael T. Intoccia TR. - SP-96-60 3. <br /> For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the applicant met the criteria <br /> necessary to grant a Special Permit. The Board found that the proposed reconstruction <br /> would not be a detriment to the neighborhood and that the proposed structure, its location <br /> on the lot and the intended use comply with the general provisions set forth within the By- <br /> laws. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on September 25, 1996 to grant the Special Permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. the permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans of Cape& Islands Engineering <br /> revised October 4, 1996 and sketches of elevations and floor plans submitted to the <br /> Board and signed by the Chairman of the Board of Appeals. <br /> 2. there be no access to the property from the 10 foot right of way at the end of Clover <br /> Lane. <br /> 3. vegetation on the North property line be preserved. <br />
