Shapiro TR. - V-96-57 15 Tide Run <br /> Map 126, Block 42 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 30, 1996 by Donald R. Shapiro of Weston, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the front setback and lot coverage requirements to allow the construction of a 461 <br /> square foot house addition on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 15 Tide Run <br /> (Map 126, Block 42)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6, 1996 and September 13, <br /> 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, September 25, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and James E. Regan III. The Petition was taken under advisement to the meeting <br /> of October 9, 1996. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and reviewed plans for a first <br /> floor bedm addition. He informed the Board that the lot is impacted by wetlands at the <br /> rear and that the Conservation Commission had approved the proposal. <br />
