Baron 11 3 Deborah Bottle Road <br /> Map 71, Block 92 <br /> A Petition was filed on September 3, 1996 by John J. Baron II for a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to rebuild a home damaged by <br /> fire and add a garage to the existing foundation on property located in an R-5 zoning <br /> district at 3 Deborah Bottle Road (Map 71, Block 92)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on September 6, 1996 and September 13, <br /> 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, September 25, 1996 at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and <br /> James E. Regan III. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Baron represented his Petition and informed the Board that his home had been <br /> destroyed by fire and he would like to rebuild and expand the house to allow for a two car <br /> garage under the first floor. The Building Inspector confirmed that the proposed structure <br /> would meet the setback requirements for a corner lot. <br />
