Keon - SP-96-66 136 Captain's Row <br /> Map 96, Block 22 <br /> A Petition was filed by Paul E. and Ann T. Keon of Mashpee, Massachusetts on <br /> September 20, 1996 for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow the replacement of a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a new single family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 136 Captain's Row (Map 96, <br /> Block 22) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 4, 1996 and October 11, 1996, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, October 23, 1996 at 7:30 P.M.at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and Section 174-17 of <br /> the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Jack Landers-Cauley represented the applicant and presented plans for <br /> the replacement of an existing dwelling with a new house and garage. He explained that <br /> the new structure will comply with the zoning setback requirements, will result in 12%lot <br /> coverage and comply with the Title V septic regulations. No comments were received <br /> from abutters. <br />
