Kyros - SP-96-70 44 Falmouth Road <br /> Map 55, Block 18 <br /> A Petition was filed on October 16, 1996 by Stephen C. Kyros of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-5 LB and 174-55.B, C and D to <br /> allow a sign in excess of twenty (20) square feet and additional building signs, on-site <br /> directional signs and menu sign on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 44 <br /> Falmouth Road (Map 55,Block 18)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 25, 1996 and November 1, <br /> 1996, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Carol H. Jacobson Senior Center <br /> on Wednesday, November 13, 1996 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the applicant and informed the Board that <br /> the signs have been approved by the Design Review Committee and that the large sign at <br /> the entrance has been redesigned to allow for the identification of future tenants at the site. <br />
