Board of Appeals Stephen C. Kyros - SP-96-70 2. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. the site is located at 44 Falmouth Road and contains 32,460 square feet in a <br /> commercially zoned district. <br /> 2, the applicant has received a Special Permit for the construction of a donut and <br /> pastry shop and retail use. <br /> 3. the proposed signage requires a Special Permit to allow signs over 20 square <br /> feet as well as additional building signs, on site directional signs and menu sign. <br /> 4. there is sufficient land area to accommodate the proposed signage. <br /> 5. the use is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning By- <br /> laws. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on <br /> November 13, 1996 to grant the Special Permit for the signs per designs attached as well <br /> as a Stop sign at the exit from the property. <br /> The Board found that the proposed signage will provide clear identification of the <br /> site and would not be detrimental to the neighborhood or to the Town. <br />
