Board of Appeals Minutes - May 24, 1995 5. <br />• Stephen C and Kathy Kyros - (From April 12, 1995) <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan III and Kenneth E. Marsters <br />Mr. Govoni noted that the Board had received a request to withdraw the Variance request <br />since it was not needed. Mr. Regan moved to grant the withdrawal without prejudice. <br />Mr. Marsters seconded. All agreed. <br />Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit with the condition that the applicant obtain <br />the curb cut from Route 28, screen the dumpster with fence and plantings and post a <br />$5,000 landscape bond. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br />Steven R and Bonnie L. Croopnick :_(From April 12, 1995) <br />Members sitting: E. Govoni, K. Marsters, R. Nelson <br />Mr. Nelson stated that the Board might require that any plan submitted to the Board must <br />correspond to the plan on record. Mr. Govoni said that the Board could deny any <br />application with incomplete plans. Mr. Marsters moved to grant the Variance of 18' to <br />allow for a front setback of 12 a Variance of V to allow for a side setback of 14 feet on <br />the Northerly side and a Variance in lot coverage to allow for a coverage of 27% of the <br />lot excluding the wetlands. He stated that the hardship related to 4,375 square feet of <br />wetlands. Mr. Regan asked that the engineer present revised plans indicating the rear <br />setback. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br />Minutes - Mr. Nelson moved to accept the Minutes of April 26, 1995. Mr. Regan <br />seconded. All agreed. _ <br />Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn. Mr. Regan seconded.
